A bespoke drag-and-drop website generator that let non-technical teams create and run campaign sites without commissioning a new build each time.
Every seasonal website can become another development project: another build, another deployment and another budget. VitrA needed a repeatable way for people with limited technical expertise to produce these websites themselves.

We designed and developed a visual website-generation platform with drag-and-drop composition. Teams could produce seasonal websites dynamically instead of starting a separate software project for each campaign.

The platform included reverse-proxy infrastructure, site structure and SEO considerations. The work connected the visual creation experience to the infrastructure needed to serve the resulting websites.
The difficult part was the complete publishing system, not just the editor. Visual composition, generated site structure, reverse-proxy routing and SEO had to work together. A tool usable by non-technical staff still needed to produce functioning websites with a coherent delivery architecture.
Between 2019 and 2023, VitrA used this approach to produce its seasonal websites with low technical overhead and without a separate development expense for each new site.
