Audit work involves detailed financial records, cross-checks and the context of the client engagement. HR brings a separate set of internal processes. BDO Türkiye needed purpose-built software for these substantial operational requirements.

We developed a comprehensive audit application covering trial-balance and general-ledger analysis, together with cross-checks across financial data. The scope addressed detailed audit work rather than a reporting dashboard alone.

We built a dedicated HR application to support BDO’s human-resources processes within one software environment.

We developed CRM functionality inside the financial audit application, bringing client management into the same environment as the audit work.
The audit application had to work at more than one level of financial detail: account balances, ledger transactions and checks between them. Embedding CRM added the client-management dimension to that environment, while HR remained a distinct operational system.
BDO received software spanning financial analysis, internal HR operations and client management, with the CRM connected directly to the audit platform.
